Delivery address to return merchandise:
In order to send in your hardware for repair or replacement, you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from AMBER.
- To get a RMA number, please register your product by using this RMA request form.
- Please enter Part no. and serial no. of the product you would like to send in
- Enter a brief description of the technical problem.
- On receipt of this completed form, we will immediately issue a RMA number and send it to your email address.
- The reshipment is only possible at your own expense, incl. customs
