The AMB8469-M is a low-cost testing device to simulate meters (electricity, water heating...). The device simulates and transmits meter data via radio in compliance with the OMS (Open Metering System) specification. Meter data are transmitted in S mode and in T mode, unencrypted as well as encrypted (AES128).
 
The simulator allows the user to quickly carry out on-site tests for receiver devices (data loggers, MUCs...) by the constantly changing meter data transmitted in various modes. The AMB8469-M is switched on/off by using a magnet on an internal Reed contact. The operating condition of the device is indicated by LED.
