The AMB8425-M-RP is an all embedded low-cost wireless M-Bus repeater module. The integrated protocol controls the entire data communication. All operating modes (according the standard) are configurable by hardware pins. A control from RX / TX is given by digital outputs. The range of the Repeater module is up to 700m line of sight.
The AMB8425-M-RP is a surface-mounted module and can be delivered on Tape &Reel for volume production.
Range of Applications
The radio module is designed for automatic meter reading applications as repeater according to the OMS specification Volume2 V1.0.6 . Other applications are conceivable.
